-To prepare and use a pre-blended products like the oil garden rosemary hair & scalp oil you do not need to brew or dilute anything. Dispense a small amount onto your fingertips, gently massage it directly into your scalp, and leave it on for atleast 30 minutes or overnight before rinsing out with shampoo.
